The large 17" pontoons allow this boat to easily support six large men and gear provide greater rigidity to the boat hull. The 7" inflatable keel cuts through waves and provides excellent turning performance. The rounded shape of the rear pontoons helps this model and its smaller sister, the 10.6 SR, get up on a fast and easy plane. A unique feature of the larger 12' 6" model is the sharper more pointed bow which makes this model particularly suited to riding over large ocean waves.
